We are proud of the team we’ve built at Carpentry Builders. Today we employ a group ranging from 25-70 skilled and experienced carpenters. All employees are legally eligible to work in the U.S., receive a generous compensation package and enjoy full benefits of being union employees. Our field teams include framers, and trimmers. In the office, our dedicated staff consists of estimators, bookkeepers, human resources, and project managers, who keep our jobs running smoothly. The entire team is committed to maintaining and building the positive reputation that our company is built on.

It all starts with Planning. We have Qualified and Certified people with the experience in place to watch over our sites. We have been working with OECS safety consultants for over 30 years. Our people are encouraged to contact OECS anytime… if there is a safety concern, for training, for our site specific safety plan, for onsite visits ensuring we are safe. We put all the tools in place for our team to maintain a safe site.
